I can be your personal Sport trainer, I practiced lot of sports and I continue, then to help shaping yourself, ask me. Personally I go between 3 to 4 times a week to fitness club and enjoy the Mills, mainly the Body Attack. I did in competition, Archery, Tennis, Tennis table.
